Baseball Fan Guide
ADA Accommodations
- Animals: Certified service animals or service animals in training for guests with disabilities are welcome at Sewell-Thomas Stadium. All service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. No other animals are allowed in the facility.
- Parking: Parking for people with disabilities is available at Sewell-Thomas Stadium on the first base side of the stadium.
- Restrooms: All restrooms through out Sewell-Thomas Stadium can be accessed by people with disabilities.
- Seating: Seating is available for people with disabilities. If necessary, disabled ticket exchanges can be performed on gameday at the center/home plate ticket booth.
Alcohol
Alcohol is prohibited inside Sewell-Thomas Stadium.
Autographs
Players are available for autographs after the game on the concourse just outside the locker room entrance, located at the bottom of portal GG/HH. All autograph seekers must line up against the wall in an orderly fashion.
Automotive Assistance
Before, during and after the game, contact the UA Police Department at 205-348-5454 for dead battery assistance.
Baby Changing Stations
Baby changing stations are available in all men’s and women’s restrooms at Sewell-Thomas Stadium.
Big Al’s Kids Club
The Big Al’s Kids Club is for children ages 12 and under. For $25, the member will receive free admission to select athletic events, a T-shirt, membership card and more! For more information about the Big Al’s Kids Club, please visit www.rolltide.com.
Broadcasts
Radio: Most of Alabama Baseball’s games are broadcast on 93.5 FM or 790 AM the Tusk.
TV: Check www.rolltide.com for TV broadcasts.
Cameras/Video Recorders
Cameras with lenses six inches or less are allowed in Sewell-Thomas Stadium. Video Recorders are not permitted in Sewell-Thomas Stadium.

Crimson Tide Sports Marketing
Crimson Tide Sports Marketing (CTSM) is the multimedia rights holder for The University of Alabama Department of Intercollegiate Athletics. CTSM offers corporate customers a multitude of marketing and media sponsorship opportunities including radio, television, print, Internet, merchandise catalog, videos, special projects, game promotions, sponsorships, signage and coach endorsements. Emergency/First Aid
For any emergency at Sewell-Thomas Stadium, including medical emergencies, notify the nearest event staff or police officer. The First Aid Station is located near the home plate entrance behind section HH. Tide EMS and an ambulance unit are always on site.
Food/Beverages
Outside food or beverages are prohibited, including alcoholic beverages, inside Sewell-Thomas Stadium. Concession stands are located throughout the concourse and offer a variety of food and beverages.
Flying Objects
Please be aware of flying objects such as foul balls, home run balls, bats and other equipment. The Athletic Department is not responsible for damaged items or vehicles.
Game Dates and Times
Alabama Baseball game dates and times are subject to change. In the event that a game date or time change should occur, the information will be immediately posted on www.rolltide.com.
Gates Open
Gates open 2 hours prior to the first pitch.
Game Programs
Game programs are available for purchase at the middle/home plate entrance.
Group Ticket Packages
Groups of 20 or more can receive discounted tickets by calling 205-348-2612.
Lost and Found
If you realize you have lost personal items during the game, then check with the press box or call event management at 348-4927. If you realize you have lost items after the game please contact UAPD at 348-5454.
Lost Children
Lost children should be reported to the nearest event staff and a PA announcement will be made immediately.
Lost Tickets
Lost tickets will not be refunded or exchanged.
Merchandise/Souvenirs
Merchandise is located on the concourse level, third base side of Sewell-Thomas Stadium.
Noisemakers
Southeastern Conference and NCAA rules prohibit artificial noisemakers from being brought inside Sewell-Thomas Stadium. This includes, but is not limited to, all horns (including air horns), thunder sticks, cow bells and whistles. Prohibited items will be confiscated.
Parking
Public Parking is located adjacent to Sewell-Thomas Stadium with handicapped parking available on the first base side of the baseball stadium. There are dates in which Coleman Coliseum event parking takes precedent over baseball parking and all Coliseum area lots will be reserved. The dates are the following: Feb. 21, Feb. 25, Feb. 27, Mar. 1, Mar. 13, April 4 and May 9.
During the work week parking in and around Sewell-Thomas Stadium is designated as Southeast commuter parking for students and for faculty and staff that work in the Athletic Department. Please understand that in regular school/office hours, parking for students, faculty and staff will take precedent over fan parking. Unlimited baseball fan parking is available at the Soccer Lot on the east campus area at times when the Coliseum area is full.

Radios
Hand-held and pocket sized portable radios are allowed in the facility. Please be considerate of other patrons and use an earpiece or headphones to listen to your radio.
Rain Outs
If a game is postponed to a later another date, entry will be allowed with the original game ticket for the make-up game. No refunds or exchanges will be offered.
Re-Entry Policy
Re-entry into Sewell-Thomas Stadium is allowed with a ticket stub; however, tell the event staff at the gate that you intend to leave and come back. Exit and re-enter at the same gate.
RV’s
Public RV Parking is available on a first come, first served basis in the grass parking area next to the Chevron on University Boulevard. This lot is referred to as RV Lot 9. There is no charge for RV Parking in this lot. If this lot is full, RV parking is also available at the Northington Campus lot located behind Bruno’s Supermarket on McFarland Boulevard. You may also park your RV in the large Coliseum Lot after 5:00pm on Friday; however, we ask that you park in the Southeast corner of the lot (closest to the railroad tracks and law school). RV parking is not allowed in the Coliseum lots during the week. There are days when Baseball and the Coliseum will host events simultaneously. RV parking will not be allowed in the Coliseum on the following dates: Feb. 21, Feb. 27, Mar. 1, Mar. 13, April 4 and May 9.
Seating

Smoking/Tobacco Policy
- Smoking is prohibited in the grandstand area and restrooms of Sewell-Thomas Stadium. Smoking is allowed on the concourse at a distance of 25 feet from all of the points of entrance.
- Smokeless tobacco products are allowed in Sewell-Thomas Stadium; however, tobacco users are not allowed to spit on the ground or facility.
Solicitation
The University of Alabama does not permit unauthorized soliciting or collecting of contributions, vending, distribution of fliers or other promotional/advertising materials on University of Alabama Property.
Special Announcements
Special Announcements on the public address system and scoreboard are limited to medical and police emergencies. Other than birthday announcements arranged prior to the game through the Alabama marketing office, personal messages will not be announced on the public address system or scoreboard. Sportsmanship
ALABAMA AND SEC FAN CODE OF CONDUCT
In the spirit of sportsmanship, fans shall:
- Conduct themselves in a manner that represents their university, the Southeastern Conference and the NCAA with honor, dignity and respect
- Demonstrate the qualities of civility and sportsmanship at all times
- Not use vulgar, abusive, racist, sexist, demeaning or intimidating language at any time
- Support the players, coaches and officials in a positive manner
- Treat the visiting team, coaches and fans with courtesy and respect at all times
- Not engage in cheers that are vulgar, crass or demeaning
- Refrain from throwing objects onto the field for any reason
- Not become inebriated or belligerent
- Refrain from entering the playing field at any times, including after the game
- Be a positive role model for those around them by treating others with courtesy and respect
Students
- The Student Section is located in section QQ.
- Students must scan their Action Card ID at the 3rd base gate.
- Bama Cash is accepted at specified concession stands.

Ticketing
- Gates open 2 hours prior to first pitch.
- The ticket office opens 2 hours prior to first pitch.
- Everyone, regardless of age must have a ticket.
- Player Pass and High School Coaches can pick up their tickets at the 1st base ticket window.
- All general public sales are at the home plate ticket widow.
- Students scan in and enter through the 3rd base ticket window.
- Will Call is located at the 1st base ticket window.
