Baseball adds Game against Mississippi Valley State on May 7

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Alabama head baseball coach Mitch Gaspard announced that the Crimson Tide will add a game against Mississippi Valley State on Tuesday, May 7. First pitch for the game against the Delta Devils is scheduled for 5:05 p.m. CST, from Sewell-Thomas Stadium. The game against MVSU will replace the game against Texas A&M that was rained out on Sunday.

Season ticket holders are asked to stop by the third base ticket booth to pick up a reserved seat ticket. The reserved seat ticket will be in the lower chair back sections, F to P. Upper chair back season ticket holders can claim a lower chair back location or sit in their upper chair back location.

All customers who pre-purchased or purchased day of game tickets for the Sunday, April 28 against Texas A&M can redeem a free general admission Mississippi Valley State ticket at the home plate ticket booth (behind the press box/along Bryant Drive) on game day. Additionally, general admission tickets can be purchased for $2 at the home plate ticket booth or by calling the Alabama ticket office at 205-348-BAMA or toll free at 1-877-TIDETIX. All UA students will be admitted for free with an ACT Card.

The Crimson Tide will return to Southeastern Conference play on Friday, May 3, when Alabama travels to Mississippi State to start a three-game series. First pitch for the series opener against the Bulldogs is scheduled for 6 p.m. CST, and the game will be televised on ESPNU.
