Alabama-Michigan State Game Rained Out

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - The Alabama-Michigan State baseball game was rained out on Wednesday night and will not be made up.

The start of the game was delayed 25 minutes due to rain and the teams were able to play three innings before play was halted at 8:09 p.m. due to rain and lightning. The game was tied 2-2 in the fourth inning when play was stopped. The game was eventually cancelled at 9:04 p.m. None of the statistics from the game will count in the records.

Alabama will host the Stony Brook Seawolves in a four-game series this weekend in Tuscaloosa. The series opener is set for Friday, March 12 at 6:35 p.m. The two teams will play a doubleheader on Saturday, March 13 at 1:05 p.m. and conclude the series on Sunday, March 14 with a 12:05 p.m. game. The start time for the series finale has been moved up one hour to accommodate Stony Brook's travel plans.
