Played in 47 games in his second season at Itawamba Community College for Coach Rick Collier ... led team to a 36-13 overall record and berth in the 2008 Region XXIII Tournament ... batted .317 (45 for 145) with four home runs and 27 RBI ... also added 11 doubles ... had two-hit games against Copiah-Lincoln (March 13), Mississippi Delta (April 6) and Northeast Jones Community College (April 19) ... slugged two-run home run against Pearl River in state tournament (May 2) ... had two doubles and two RBI against Pearl River in Region XXIII Tournament on May 16.
