Junior (2014)
Was named SEC Pitcher of the Week after his win against Auburn (4.12) after striking out five in 8.2 innings and holding the Tigers to one run on three hits and three walks ... made eight "quality starts" in 15 apperances in 2014, as the regular Saturday starter ... in 90 innings pitched, posted a 2.90 ERA and a .205 batting average against, and led the Tide with 69 strikeouts ... led Alabama to its first combined nine-inning no-hitter since 1942, earning his second win of 2014 with seven scoreless, hitless innings against Mississippi Valley State (3.8) ... struck out a career-high 12 batters with the only three baserunners reaching on walks ... earned his sixth win of 2014 after blanking No. 16 Mississippi State (5.17) over 5.1 innings ... gave up three hits and three walks with four strikeouts ... threw his first career complete-game, going nine innings, allowing one run on four hits wtih no walks and three strikeouts to earn the win at No. 6 LSU (5.10) ... took the loss against No. 5 Florida (5.3) after allowing four runs on six hits and two walks with a pair of strikeouts in 5.1 innings ... helped lead Alabama to its only win at No. 8 South Carolina (4.26) ... allowed one run on four hits and two walks with four strikeouts in 6.1 innings ... did not factor into the decision after striking out No. 9 Mississippi (3.29) 11 times and limiting the Rebels to four runs (three earned) on seven hits and three walks in 6.2 innings ... did not factor in the decision after limiting Arkansas (3.22) to one run in 6.2 innings ... gave up six hits and a walk with three strikeouts ... picked up his first win of the season after striking out seven in six shutout innings against Stephen F.
