After battling injuries the first two years of his UA career, Graham found himself working both as a starter and reliever last season and ultimately wound up as the Tide's closer down the stretch ... a power-pitcher with a good breaking ball, Graham could be used as a starter or reliever this season ... posted an 8-3 (.727) record with four saves and 4.85 ERA in his UA career, with six wins and four saves coming last year ... stranded 19 of 26 inherited runners in his career, including 19 of 25 last season ... UA is 7-2 (.778) in his nine career starts on the mound.

Graham did not see action for the Tide in the three-game exhibition series against Cuba.

CAREER Postseason NOTES:
Graham has appeared in two postseason games and both appearances came during the 2008 season ... he made his postseason debut against LSU at the SEC Tournament in Hoover on May 24 ... he made his NCAA Tournament debut at Coastal Carolina on May 31.

SOPHOMORE (2008):
Graham split time between starter and reliever and compiled a 6-2 (.750) record with four saves and 5.25 ERA in a career-high 24 appearances ... he worked 61 2/3 innings and allowed 36 earned runs and 59 hits with 63 strikeouts and 29 walks ... held opponents to a .254 batting average ... stranded 19 of 25 (76 percent) inherited runners ... Alabama was 4-1 (.800) in his five starts ... in SEC play, Graham was 5-1 (.833) with three saves and 6.02 ERA in 15 appearances, including four starts ... Graham opened the season in the Tide bullpen before moving into the starting rotation ... after five starts, including four in SEC play, he moved back to the bullpen and eventually became the Tide's closer ... he was 2-1 with a 5.54 ERA in five starts against Troy, Kentucky, Vanderbilt, Ole Miss and LSU ... Graham had 21 1/3 consecutive innings without a walk from April 9 until May 9, a span of 12 outings ... he turned in four consecutive scoreless relief outings from April 16-23 against Southern Mississippi, Mississippi State (twice) and South Alabama ... he recorded his first career save against arch-rival Auburn on April 24 at Sewell-Thomas Stadium ... also earned saves against Samford, Arkansas and Georgia ... FRESHMAN (2007):
Made one late-season appearance at Mississippi State on May 19 and recorded two outs for the Tide out of the bullpen ... spent the majority of the season rehabbing from an injury ... played briefly for the Concord (Mass.) Quarry Dogs in the New England Collegiate League after the season ... went 0-1 with 0.00 ERA in two starts on the mound ... allowed three hits and one unearned run in nine innings ... also recorded 11 strikeouts ... played on the same summer league team as Tide teammates Del Howell and Jake Smith.

FRESHMAN (2006):
Was off to a promising start before a shoulder injury sustained at South Alabama on March 8 ended his season ... was granted a medical hardship by the NCAA and the SEC ... was 2-1 with a 2.87 ERA in four starts before the injury ... worked 15.2/3 innings and allowed 15 hits, eight runs and five earned runs, with five walks and eight strikeouts ... Alabama was 3-1 (.750) in his four starts on the mound ... suffered a loss in his Alabama debut against No. 26 Winthrop on Feb. 13 ... notched his first collegiate win against Kent State (7 IP, 3 H, 1 R, 0 ER, 2 BB, 4 K) on Feb. 19 ... earned his final win of the season when he held Florida International to two runs and five hits in 5.2/3 innings on Feb. 26.

HIGH SCHOOL:
