| Entry Information |
o All entries will be
done via
Direct
Athletics. Please see the attached information sheet. No
phone or faxed entries will be accepted. o Entry Deadline
is 7 p.m. (CST) Monday, March 18. o You may edit and
update your entries online any time before the entry
deadline. All submitted entries in the system at the entry
deadline will be considered FINAL. o Entry restrictions
will be strictly enforced (please see field sizes and entry
restrictions below). Simply entering the meet does not
guarantee acceptance. o Accepted entries will be posted
on www.rolltide.com by 7 p.m. (ST) Tuesday, March 19. o
Late entries will be assessed a $100.00 fine (per team) and
will be admitted only at the discretion of meet management.
o Additional entries beyond the published limits will be
given consideration by meet management. Please contact Adam

fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. |

$400.00 per gender, $800.00 for combined teams. Fees may be
either mailed to the address listed below or brought to
packet pick up. Entry fees must be received before
competition.

| Entry Restrictions |
o Field limits will be
strictly enforced - see field sizes below o 1 relay entry
per team for the 4x100, 4x200, 4x400 and sprint medley relay
o 3 entries per team in all field events o 3 entries per
team in the 100, 100/110 hurdles, 400, 400 hurdles, 800 and
1500 o Unlimited entries in the 5000, 3000 steeplechase,
and the distance medley relay o Unattached and additional
entries will be taken under consideration by meet management
if positions are available. o Invitational field sizes
will be drawn from the top times entered (for example - the
top 9 times entered in the 100 will be placed in the
invitational 100 meters) o The TFRRS results reporting
system will be used to research and accept Alabama Relays
entries. Best times/marks must be verified through the TFRRS
from the 2012 & 2013 seasons. |

window on the main concourse of Coleman Coliseum.

| Credentials |
Wrist bands will be
provided for all competing athletes. Managers, coaches,
media and trainers will be issued wrist bands upon request
at packet pick up.
Visiting coaches will receive 3
(6 for combined programs) tickets to the Taste of
Tuscaloosa. These tickets are not to be given to student
athletes or parents. The Alabama Relays is a ticketed event. |

The games committee has the discretion to withhold any
throwing implements that may endanger anyone associated with
the orderly and reasonable continuation of the meet. |
| Facility Availability |
The Sam Bailey Track
and Field Complex will be open for pre-competition practice
at the following times:
Thursday: 2-8 p.m. (Javelin
2-3:30 p.m., Discus 5-6:30 p.m., Hammer 6:30-8 p.m.)
Friday: 8-10 a.m. (Javelin 8-9a.m.)
Saturday: 8-11
a.m.

| Event Check-In |
Athletes in running
events must report to the clerk of the course 15 min prior
to their event. Field event competitors should check in 90
minutes prior to their event with the head official at their
event area. |
| Competition Warmup |
o No warm-ups will be
allowed on the competition track (with the exception of the
women's 4x200 and the women's 4x100) o General warm-ups
will be done in the Hank Crisp Indoor Facility or on the
football practice fields. o Field event warm-ups will be
done at event site and conducted per NCAA rule. |
| Spikes |
- Athletes will
not be allowed to run if they do not comply with these
rules. - The only spike pins allowed on the facility are
the 1/4 inch pyramid spikes from MF athletics. Please contact MF at
800-693-6052 Item # 463A 1/4 inch pyramid. - No needle
spikes or Christmas tree spikes are allowed. - No
permanent spike shoes allowed. - Spikes will be checked
and marked before entering the warm-up room. - Shoes
will be checked again before stepping on the competition
track. - This is the industry standard. Please abide by
this rule. If your athlete is caught wearing the wrong
spikes, he/she will be escorted out of the facility, and
your team will be banned from the facility. |
| Runway Markings |
White athletic tape is
the only acceptable runway marker. Chalk is not permitted. |

| Awards |
Champion relay teams
will be awarded a trophy, 4 champion t-shirts and a special
relays gift. Individual event winners will receive a
champion t-shirt and a special relays gift. No awards will
be given to unattached or professional athletes. |
