DIRECTIONS/PARKING
Closest Intersection: Veterans Memorial Parkway & Loop Road
From University of Alabama Campus Harry Pritchett Running Park Take Paul Bryant Drive East to Hwy. 82. Go east on Hwy. 82 (to 2nd traffic light) and make a left (east) on 15th street. Go east on 15th street and continue until you see a sign for Arboretum. You must be in the right lane to take this exit. Go straight off the exit. Make a left and follow road as it curves down the hill. When the road splits at the bottom of the hill, go right into the course entrance. Teams, Officials, etc., please show your parking pass

From East/ West of Tuscaloosa to Harry Pritchett Running Park: Take I-20/ 59 to exit 73 (Hwy. 82). Go west on Hwy. 82 through several traffic lights to 15th street (the light after the University Mall). Make a right (east) on 15th street and continue until you see a sign for Arboretum. You must be in the right lane to take this exit. Go straight off the exit. Make a left and follow road as it curves down the hill. When the road splits at the bottom of the hill, go right into the course entrance. Teams, Officials, etc., please show your parking pass.

High School teams outside the state of Alabama: Thursday, September 27 - Noon

Only High Schools from Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and Mississippi who are members of NFHS can enter this meet. Unattached athletes will not be allowed to compete.
Entry Fee $125 per team (or $250 if you have both men and women. You will not be charged extra if you compete in more than one division). The entry fee will allow you to enter an unlimited number of athletes. To be paid during packet pick-up on Saturday morning or mailed to:

NOTE: You will have to pay cash at the meet for your entries if your check is 'in the mail' and not received on or before October 9, 2012.
Entry Procedure All entries will be done online though Direct Athletics.
Entry Confirmation Teams entered into the meet will be posted on-line on Thursday, October 11th at www.rolltide.com. Choose track and field cross country from the men's sports or women's sports drop down menu. Click on the home meet information icon to access meet information.
Calls Please report to the starting line ten minutes before your race begins
Team Scoring Team scores will be computed by totaling the top five runners' finish positions. The 6th and 7th runners will count as pushers. Runners 8 and beyond will not be figured into the team scores but will be given official times. Teams with fewer than five runners will not be totaled in the team scores.
Course All grass with light rolling hills
Course Markings A lead vehicle will guide the runners over the course. Course maps will be available online at www.rolltide.com and will be provided in your meet day packet.
Course Inspection The course will be available for inspection on Friday, October 12 from 3-6 p.m.
Timing and Finish Area Please mind the following rules in regards to the chip timing:

1. Please have your runners run across both chip timing pads in the finish area.
2. Each chip is specifically assigned to an athlete. Do not get chips mixed up; this will cause great confusion with the results.
3. At no time is an athlete allowed to warm-up through the finish line. Finish line is off limits.
4. If you have to drop out or withdraw from the race at any time, make sure you drop your chip off at the timing tent.
5. Make sure you have deposited your chip in one of the bins prior to leaving the finish corral
Packet Pick-Up Packets may be picked up Saturday morning starting at 7 a.m. at the course.
Shower Facilities Showers are not available.
Awards Medals for the top 30 individuals in all high school divisions. Plaques will be given to the top 3 teams in all divisions. T-shirts will be given to the top 20 individuals plus in University divisions.

Results Final results will be posted near the finish line and will also be posted on-line at www.rolltide.com shortly after the completion of the last race.
