Crimson Tide Athletes Win 5 Events On 1st day of Indiana Relays

Alabama athletes won five events on Friday in the first day of indoor track and field competition at the Indiana Relays at Bloomington, Ind., winning the women's triple jump, men's triple jump, women's mile, men's weight throw and men's 200 meters.

Clocked a 7.57 in the 60 meters at the 2013 SEC Indoor Championships ... placed second in the 60-meter dash with a time of 7.55 and ran the second legt on Alabama's winning 4x400-meter relay at the Mark Colligan Memorial ... recorded two top-10 finishes at the Indiana Relays with a fifth-place finish in the 200 meters (24.92) and a seventh-place finish in the 400 (56.54) ... posted a time of 57.48 in the 400 meters at the Auburn Invitational ... ran the 200 meters at the Crimson Tide Indoor Opener in a time of 25.15.
