Competed in six of seven races for the Tide during the cross country season, running in top three in five...finished third at the Crimson Classic...posted a personal-best 8,000m time of 23:42.53 at the Bill Dellinger Invitational where he finished seventh...finished 12th at the SEC Cross Country Championships earning Second Team All-SEC as the team won the title...turned in a seventh place finish and personal-best 10,000m time of 30:14.63 at the NCAA South Region Championships to earn All-South Region honors while the team won the title...placed 45th as Alabama's fourth runner at the NCAA Cross Country Championships with a time of 30:25.2...helped the Tide to its highest NCAA finish ever (3rd) ... earned All-America honors in the 800m with an eighth-place finish in a time of 1:47.84 ... ran a personal best 1:45.94 in the prelims ... finished third in the 800m at the SEC Championships.
