Freshman 2013 Outdoor Season Finished 7th at the Samford Multi Invitational in the 3,000 meters with a time of 8:52.53 ... set a new PR in the 1,500 meter at the LSU Alumni Gold with a time of 4:04.48 finishing 9th ... clocked a 4:09.53 1,500 meter time at the Crimson Tide Invitational finishing 12th ... placed 16th in the 1,500 meters in 15:11.88 at the John Mitchell Alabama Relays.
2013 Indoor Season Set a personal best at the Mark Colligan Memorial in the 3,000 meters with a time of 8:45.46 ... came in 15th in the 5,000 meters at the Indiana Relays, running a 15:25.89 ... competed in the mile at the Auburn Invitational, finishing 20th with a time of 4:23.04 ... ran 8:46.43 at the Crimson Tide Indoor Opener good enough for 15th in first collegiate race.
Prep and Personal Finished sixth at the 2011 4A State Cross Country Championships with a 3-mile time of 16:55.1 ... took top honors at the Maryland South Region Cross Country Championships ... named the Prince Georges County Gazette Boys Cross Country Runner of the Year ... won the 3,200 meters at the Maryland 4A State Indoor Championships and seventh at in 1,600 meters... set a then personal best in the 1,600 and 3,200 meters as a runner-up in both events at the Maryland 4A State Track & Field Championships his junior year with times of 4:20.05 and 9:22.98, respectively ... son of Brent and Karen Ahalt.
