Alabama senior Paige McCleary won the 3-meter board on day two of the Alabama Diving Invitational at the Alabama Aquatic Center, giving her a clean sweep of the springboard events.
McCleary scored 366.25 points to come away with her second victory in as many days. She posted the top score of the 3-meter preliminaries by more than 30 points while outpointing the field by 60 points in finals. Crimson Tide, freshman Taylor Zablocki took fourth place off the 3-meter board with 278.15 points while fellow rookie Dakota Toner was fifth after scoring 272.95 points.
On the men's side of the meet, freshman Brent Sagert was the Crimson Tide's top finisher off the 1-meter board after taking fourth place with 326.30 points. Auburn's John Santeiu took first with 352.00 points.
The Alabama Diving Invitational wraps up Wednesday with both the men and women competing off the platform. The final day of competition gets underway at 11:30 a.m.
