New Look Swimming and Diving Teams Ready for Action

Alabama's new look starts at the top, with first-year head coach Dennis Pursley and extends through a staff that includes five new assistant coaches to go with two returners from a year ago

Scott Crawford is in his first season as a volunteer coach with the Crimson Tide. The Brisbane, Australia, native has a variety of on-deck coaching and administrative duties with the program.

Prior to joining the Crimson Tide staff, Crawford spent two years coaching Brigidine College as well as serving as a volunteer coach for St. Peter's Western Swim Club, one of the leading age-group programs in Australia, that put 10 swimmers on the Aussie's 2012 Olympic squad.

Crawford graduated from Queensland University of Technology with bachelor's degree in accounting in 1990 and earned a graduate diploma in advanced accounting from Queensland in 1994.
