1. Print "EARLY REGISTRATION FORM".
2. Two weeks after your Tryouts - send $50. Per Coach, Cheerleader, Dancer, or
Mascot, to the address above. PLEASE MAKE ALL CHECKS PAYABLE TO: The University of Alabama. This deposit will hold your space for camp.
Reservations accepted first come - first served.
3. Download "COMPLETE SESSION PACKET" for the camp that you will be
REFUND POLICY - All refund requests must be submitted in writing. You mail, fax, or e-mail this to the University of Alabama. Refunds will be processed after the camp session is completed. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR ANY REQUEST RECEIVED FIRST DAY OF CAMP. If cancellations are received in our office on or before two weeks prior to camp, you will receive a full refund (minus the deposit). If cancellations are received after the two weeks prior to camp, only a 50% refund can be issued. Please allow at least 4 weeks after camp to receive your refund.
