The Crimson Tide welcomes the Bulldogs to Bryant-Denny Stadium this Saturday
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - The University of Alabama football team worked out in full pads Wednesday afternoon during a two-hour practice on the Thomas-Drew Fields.
Wednesday's session continued preparations for this weekend's home opener against Fresno State. The Bulldogs come to Tuscaloosa one week removed from an offensive explosion against Incarnate Word, in which FSU produced 613 yards of total offense and 66 points in their season opener. The Bulldogs are led by Jeff Tedford, who is in his first year at Fresno State. The Crimson Tide and Bulldogs will meet for the first time in the history of the two programs.
Alabama will return to work tomorrow afternoon and will wrap up the practice slate on Friday. The Crimson Tide and Bulldogs are scheduled for a 2:30 p.m. CT kickoff at Bryant-Denny Stadium on ESPN2, with Adam Amin, Anthony Becht and Rocky Boiman on the call.
