The Crimson Tide to meet the Rams for just the second time at Bryant-Denny Stadium this Saturday
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - The University of Alabama football team wrapped up preparations for Saturday's home matchup with Colorado State, putting in two hours of helmets-only work at the Thomas-Drew Practice Fields.
The Thursday practice was the Tide's final workout prior this weekend's meeting with the Rams. Colorado State and Alabama will be meeting for only the second time in the history of the two programs. The Tide came away with a 31-6 win over the Rams in their inaugural meeting on Sept. 21, 2013, in UA's home opener at Bryant-Denny Stadium that season. The Rams are led by Mike Bobo, who is in his third year at Colorado State.
The Crimson Tide and Rams are scheduled for a 6:05 p.m. CT kickoff at Bryant-Denny Stadium on ESPN2, with Mark Jones, Rod Gilmore and Quint Kessenich on the call. Â
