"This was a good meet for us," head coach Dan Waters said. "We had several freshmen get their first taste of outdoor competition at the college level and had a number of personal bests and top-10 performances across the board. We have another competitive meet coming up next weekend coming up with the Florida and Stanford meets so we have to continue to improve."
Alabama will split its teams next weekend with the majority of both squads competing at the Florida Relays, March 30-April 1 in Gainesville, Fla. and a smaller contingent traveling to Palo Alto, Calif. for the Stanford Relays on April 1.
