
Alabama Football Wraps Up Day Two of 2016 Fall Camp

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. -- The University of Alabama football team wrapped up day two of fall camp on Friday with a two-hour, afternoon practice in helmets and shorts on the Thomas-Drew Practice Fields.
Friday's session marked the second of 28 practices for the Tide as the team prepares for the season opener against No. 17 Southern California in the AdvoCare Classic on Sept. 3 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. The matchup between the Crimson Tide and Trojans is scheduled for 7 p.m. CT on ABC.
Today's practice began at 2:30 p.m. CT with the team taking part in drills during the two-hour session. The Tide will follow today with another 2:30 p.m. practice on Saturday, the final tune-up before the team's annual Fan Day. The 2:30 p.m. practice on Sunday will be inside Bryant-Denny Stadium and is open to the public. Players and coaches will be available for autographs following Sunday's practice at approximately 4:45 p.m. for 45 minutes.
