Crimson Chaos

Crimson Chaos is the official student group of Alabama Crimson Tide Athletics. Crimson Chaos was founded as the student section for men's basketball in 2009 to create a home court advantage; we've now expanded to be a spirit group across all sports. Our reach is much wider but our mission is still the same: to have as much fun as humanly possible while cheering on our Crimson Tide!

The Crimson Chaos membership fee is $10.00. After signing up, you can pick up your 2012-2013 t-shirt at any home athletic event starting on Friday, October 12 at our soccer game vs. Mississippi State. Shirts will not be mailed to members.

We are currently looking for Chaos leaders! A Chaos leader is someone who has tons of spirit and completely loves everything about Crimson Tide Athletics. These are face-painted, sign-wielding, shout-til-you're-hoarse fans! As a Chaos leader, you would be in charge of recruiting members, leading chants, coming up with creative ideas , planning events and trips and just all-around spreading excitement about Crimson Tide Athletics to UA students!

The leadership board meets weekly with UA Marketing staff. Each sport will have at least one board member representative. Sport representatives serve as the liaison between the Chaos board, marketing staff and Chaos members for their particular sport. Additional leaders will serve as at-large members.

If you think you've got what it takes to lead CHAOS, we want to see it. Upload a video of yourself cheering, chanting or otherwise being a compete fanatic about Alabama athletics to the Crimson Chaos Facebook Page. If we like what we see, you may just be the next face of the fans! Videos must be relatively clean, PG/PG-13. We want you rowdy but respectful to all opposing teams that come to Tuscaloosa! Crimson Chaos Facebook Admins reserve the right to disqualify and remove any videos we consider inappropriate. We can't wait to see what you've got! Be upbeat. Be exciting. Be a fan. Be a leader. Be CHAOS.
