Parking for People with Disabilities
The University of Alabama provides a limited number of parking spaces for people with disabilities. For people who use a wheelchair, accessible parking is located at the lot on Wallace Wade Ave. (#1 on the www.uagameday.com pregame parking map) and the Communications Card Lot (#2 on the www.uagameday.com pregame parking map). All other parking for people with disabilities is located at the Campus Drive Deck (Campus Drive at Hackberry Lane). There is wheel-chair accessible bus transportation from this location to the Quad or to the Stadium. Parking is $10 per vehicle and will be collected at the lot. Restroom facilities are conveniently located in the Campus Drive Deck.
Please note that it is a Class B misdemeanor to use a disability parking permit unless the person to whom the permit is issued is in the vehicle. State laws will be enforced. Class B misdemeanors are punishable by a fine of $50-$200 and up to 40 hours of community service.
Anyone using any of the disability parking areas must have the appropriate state identification for the mobility impaired parking. Please make sure your pass is displayed at all times.
